Pizza Crust
1 1/2 c. organic non-GMO cornmeal
1 c. organic rye flour
3 heaping tbsp. potato starch
2 tbsp. organic tapioca starch
2 heaping tsp. xanthan gum
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. sea salt 1 c. scalding hot water (handle with care)
1/2 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. maple syrup
dash of garlic powder
pinch of coriander powder
pinch of freshly ground black pepper
pinch of paprika
Mix. Spread on well-lubricated pan, er, baking sheet. Top with marinara sauce and cheese. Cook until it's melty and starting to brown a tad on the edges. Presto.
